In the early 2000’s PSSC began to hold meetings at one of Canada’s National Stamp Exhibitions, ORAPEX in Ottawa. Many PSSC members from across Canada who took part in the show as exhibitors or dealers attended. The PSSC Breakfast and Lecture became a tradition at ORAPEX.
With the success of the ORAPEX events, and the growth of the Society in the early 20-teens President Ingo Nessel initiated a series of PSSC meetings across Canada and the United States. The events consisted of lectures by members at national stamp exhibitions with time to ‘Meet and Greet’ and otherwise socialize with fellow specialists. This raised the profile of the Society and enabled members who could not regularly attend the Toronto meetings to participate in PSSC activities. Here are the highlights of those meetings.
